Preparation Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Preheat your grill/oven to 300 degrees. Cut your peppers in half, remove the stem and seeds, and place them on a baking sheet and bake them for 15 – 20 minutes.
Make small cuts to your hot dogs if you want them a little crunchy. Place your hotdogs over direct heat for 1 minute per side. And keep rolling them around until you see some grill marks. The hotdogs are cooked, so you are just trying to make them a little crunchy. Remove your bison hot dogs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before you serve them.
Carefully remove the peppers out of the oven. Place your hot dogs on top of your peppers, top them with pico de gallo, avocado, and jalapeño slices.
