Straight Up Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups cremini or portobello mushrooms, washed, rinsed, and sliced
  • ½ tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 clove fresh garlic, peeled and minced
  • 2 tablespoons coconut liquid aminos
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or nutritional yeast)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

COOKING WARE

  • Skillet or sauté pan

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

In a skillet, add your avocado oil, garlic, mushrooms, balsamic vinegar, coconut liquid aminos, salt (or nutritional yeast), dried oregano, paprika, and black pepper. Sauté until mushrooms are not releasing any more water.
